Our office staff will work to arrange the estimate appointment around your schedule. The estimator will then meet with you to assess your needs and determine the best way to complete your project. You will be given a written estimate that details the specifics of your project, so there are no surprises later. 

 

STEP 2

At Perez Construction, we understand the importance of daily communication with our clients. From your first call to our office, to the final walk-through on your project, we keep you informed. Our office will keep you apprised of the progress of your project, the upcoming schedule and any changes that may occur. 

 

STEP 3

The key to a long-lasting job lies in the thorough preparation of the surfaces. For example, your home will be prepared for painting by washing, scraping, priming and caulking all surfaces correctly, to ensure firm adhesion of the paint to the substrate.

 

STEP 4

Perez Construction uses only high-quality materials from reputable companies; making sure to follow all guidelines to ensure the manufactures warranty. We take extra care to protect your landscaping and outdoor areas, tarping where necessary.

 

STEP 5

Our crew will ensure that the project area is left clean at the end of each workday. When the project is complete, you will have a final walk-through with one of our crew to make sure that everything has been completed and cleaned up to your satisfaction.
