STEP 1
Our office staff will work to arrange the estimate appointment around your schedule. The estimator will then meet with you to assess your needs and determine the best way to complete your project. You will be given a written estimate that details the specifics of your painting project, so there are no surprises later.
STEP 2
At Perez Construction, we understand the importance of daily communication with our clients. From your first call to our office, to the final walk-through on your project, we keep you informed. Our “Daily Doubles” with your Crew Leader keep you apprised of the progress of your project, the upcoming schedule and any changes that may occur.
STEP 3
The key to a long-lasting paint job lies in the thorough preparation of the surfaces to receive paint. Your home will be prepared for painting by washing, scraping, priming and caulking all surfaces correctly, to ensure firm adhesion of the paint to the substrate.
STEP 4
Perez Construction uses only high-quality paint from reputable companies; we apply two coats of paint as stipulated in the manufacturer’s warranty, making sure to protect all areas around the project site from overspray and drips. We take extra care to protect your landscaping and outdoor areas, tarping where necessary.
STEP 5
Your Crew Leader will ensure that the project area is left clean at the end of each work day. When the project is complete, you will have a final walk-through with your Crew Leader to make sure that everything has been completed and cleaned up to your satisfaction.
